Order processing
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Incorrect addresses
Please check your address at checkout. We can change it only before your order is packed. Rootiva Hair Lab is not responsible for parcels undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, check with neighbors and confirm the address, then contact us. If an order arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.
