30 days to return an unopened bottle. Last updated 6 November 2026.
Damaged or defective items
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. Once confirmed we’ll send a replacement or refund you within 5 business days.
How returns work
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected — usually within 5 business days — to the original payment method. Customers pay return shipping; there is no restocking fee.
Opened products
For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles.
Subscriptions
Skip, pause or cancel any time from the link in your order email, before the next dispatch. Deliveries already dispatched follow the return policy above.
Refund timing
Depending on your bank, refunds appear within 5–10 business days after we process them.
